At Acanva, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a carrier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
